• Clients must provide all necessary information, content, and approvals on time to prevent delays.
• Once a project is completed, any additional changes may incur extra charges.

5. Website Hosting & Maintenance

• Hosting & maintenance services are provided on a subscription basis.
• We strive to ensure 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to third-party hosting providers.
• Failure to renew hosting services on time may result in website suspension or deletion.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All website designs, code, and content created by Pixe remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Once full payment is made, ownership of the final website/app is transferred to the client, excluding third-party licenses.
• You may not resell, modify, or distribute any part of our work without our written consent.

7. SEO & Digital Marketing Disclaimer

• We provide SEO and digital marketing services based on best practices but do not guarantee specific rankings or results.
• Algorithm changes, competition, and other external factors can affect performance, which is beyond our control.
• Paid ads (Google, Facebook, etc.) are subject to the respective platform’s policies and budget constraints.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Pixe is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
• We are not responsible for any data loss, security breaches, or downtime caused by third-party services.

9. Termination of Services

• We reserve the right to terminate services for clients who engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities.
• Clients can terminate services by providing written notice, but no refunds will be issued for work already completed.
